Refund policy

Open the Store Already sells digital books, guides, worksheets, and other downloadable digital content. No physical products are shipped and there is nothing to mail back.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY FINAL SALE

Because our products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, saved, or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once digital access has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer routine returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

WHEN WE WILL REVIEW A REFUND REQUEST

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order;
• You received the wrong digital file;
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement;
• A confirmed technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving the product after reasonable troubleshooting; or
• A refund is required by applicable law.

If an issue can be corrected by replacing the file, restoring access, or providing the correct download, we may resolve the issue that way instead of issuing a refund.

REQUESTS THAT ARE NORMALLY NOT ELIGIBLE

Refunds are normally not provided because you changed your mind, did not use the product, did not read the product description before purchasing, expected a particular business or income result, or decided after purchase that the information or format is not what you personally prefer when the product was accurately described and delivered as promised.

CANCELLATIONS

Digital delivery may begin immediately after successful payment. For that reason, an order may not be cancellable once the download link, access email, or digital file has been delivered or accessed.

If you contact us before digital access has been provided, we will review the cancellation request when technically possible.

HOW TO REQUEST HELP

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• The product name
• A short description of the issue

Screenshots are helpful for technical problems.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long it takes for the credit to appear.

MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides special rules for immediately supplied digital content, those rules will apply.
