Open the Store Already sells digital products only.

No physical book, package, or merchandise is shipped for our digital guides unless a future product page specifically states otherwise.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment, your purchased digital product is delivered electronically through the download or digital-delivery system connected to our Shopify store.

Depending on the product and checkout flow, access may appear on the order confirmation page, arrive by email, or both.

Digital delivery is normally fast, but payment reviews, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, spam filters, or an incorrectly entered email address can cause delays.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING FEES

Digital books and downloads do not require postage, carrier delivery, or physical shipping fees.

If Shopify requests billing information during checkout, that does not mean a physical product will be mailed.

IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DOES NOT ARRIVE

First:

• Confirm that your payment completed successfully.
• Check your inbox.
• Check spam and junk folders.
• Check your promotions folder.
• Confirm that you are checking the email address used at checkout.

If you still do not have access within 30 minutes after confirmed payment, email Koncretestiletto@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email so we can investigate.

INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout.

If you made a typo, contact us as soon as possible with enough order information for us to verify the purchase.

FILE FORMATS AND COMPATIBILITY

Product pages identify the type of digital product being sold.

Most Open the Store Already books are delivered as PDF files.

You are responsible for having a compatible device or application capable of opening the stated file format.

ACCESS AND RE-DELIVERY

If you lose an email or experience a legitimate access problem, contact us.

Re-delivery or restored access is subject to order verification, the capabilities of the delivery system, and any access terms stated on the product page.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Because delivery is electronic, there is no international physical shipping charge for digital products.

Taxes, checkout availability, and digital-product rules may vary by customer location and may be handled by Shopify or the applicable payment or tax systems.
